EDUCATIONAL/CULTURAL TOURS

Our educational tours provide unique opportunities to immerse yourself into the culture of the countries you are visiting. With the assistance from our country partners, w e will customize an itinerary specific to the "focus" of your group - whether it is archaeology, foreign language acquisition, marine biology, adventure treks, photography, or other interests. During the adventure, we take you off the "tourist route" to show you wonders not seen on other trips, which also provides a mechanism for more personal interchanges with the local people. In order to meet your identified objectives, we will engage you in a balanced combination of academic inquiry, field lectures, activities, experiential learning..and fun.

Some of our destinations offer you the opportunity to really get involved in a community by volunteering a little of your time. It might be visiting an orphanage, teaching English for a few hours or spending the day helping the local people plant a community garden. These are often the most memorable experiences of your tour and the ones your group will cherish. We strongly encourage you to add this component to your tour.
